Just one week left!

We’re now a week away from the official release of the new Carleton Campus Card design! Starting June 25th, all Campus Cards issued will use the new design. Since we’re so close to the switchover, we thought it would be a good idea to provide a little information about how this is all going to play out.

Due to cost constraints we’re not replacing every Campus Card that’s in circulation. Instead, both the old and new style Campus Cards will be valid for the next few years. This means that those of you with the “original” style card can keep on using your card for as long as it’s still valid.

For those that want to switch to the new design, we’re going to be running our “Replace Your Face!” promotion: simply bring your old card in to the Campus Card Office, make a deposit of $25 or more into your Campus Card account, and we’ll replace your old card with the new design, waiving the $19 lost card fee! This promotion will be running from June 25th until October 8th.

Hi, I am a returning student and was wondering if I want to have the new campus card design, is it possible for me to keep the old one as well as a souvenir?

    Thanks!

What we’ll do is cut a small corner off of the old card so that we know we’ve processed it, and then you can keep it as a souvenir!
