Welcome to the University Centre galleria online booking system. This page provides several options to submit a reservation request for tables 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 as indicated on the layout below.
Please note that Information Carleton manages the Galleria space during the fall/winter academic terms only; Conference Services takes it over May 01 – August 31st.
Please note: tables 1 through 8 are managed by CUSA. Reservations for these tables can be made through the CUSA booking system.
Making a Reservation
To request a reservation, fill out the Information Carleton Galleria Booking Form. Note: no reservation request can be processed unless the ‘terms and conditions’ checkbox located on the at the bottom of the form is checked. All reservation requests require approval; a confirmation email will be sent once approval has been given.
Please submit your reservation request through one of the following options:
- Use the ‘submit by email’ button at the bottom of the form. Once filled out, simply press this button and you can choose to submit the form through a desktop email application (e.g. Outlook, etc.) or through an internet mail service (e.g. gmail, hotmail or yahoo mail, etc). Please note that to use the ‘submit by email’ button found at the bottom of this form, you must be using Adobe Reader to view the document.
- Save a completed copy of this form to your computer, and then email it to the following addresses: info@carleton.ca
- Complete the form, print it and then fax it to Information Carleton at 613-520-7858
- Complete the form, print it and then send it via interoffice mail to Information Carleton, 407 University Centre.
