CCS manages MyCarletonOne accounts, which will provide access to the following IT services on campus using one username and one password:

  • Computers on CUNET (your workstation, e-kiosks, computers in labs)
  • Banner / FAST
  • Carleton’s wireless networks
  • VPN
  • MyCarleton Portal
  • cuLearn
  • Video on Demand
  • cuMail (Employee Exchange email portal)
  • Carleton’s Content Management System (CCMS)
  • Travel and Expense

Get a MyCarletonOne Account

Your Departmental Administrator, Computing Support Unit Representative, Manager, Director or Dean can apply to secure the appropriate Carleton computing account for you.

They should be aware of the procedure required to make the application on your behalf.  Any questions regarding computing accounts should be directed to the CCS Service Desk.

Once the account has been created, you will be required to go to myone.carleton.ca to set up your security questions and password. Your security questions enables self service in the case of a forgotten password.

Change your Name

To change your name for legal purposes,  please fill out the Name Change Request form posted on the Department of Human Resources (HR) website.

Once HR has changed the Staff’s name in Banner, they are to contact the CCS Service Desk to have their account updated with the name change.
