CUNET printing refers to the printing service for staff and faculty from their computers on the CUNET network.
If you are looking for professional or high volume printing, please contact Graphics Services. Pay printers are located at various locations on campus.
To report a problem with CUNET printing, please contact the CCS Service Desk. For printer repairs, please contact the CCS Hardware Services Group.
To Connect to a Network Printer in Your Department:
- Determine the name of the printer that you wish to connect to (e.g. psab401c).
- In Windows, click Start -> Printers and Faxes.
- From the left hand navigation, click “Add Printer” .
- Click ‘Next’.
- Enable ‘A network printer…’ .
- Click ‘Next’.
- Enable ‘Connect to this printer’.
- Enter the name of the printer and click ‘Next’.If you do not know the name, click next and select your printer from the list that appears and click ‘Next’
- Select whether you want to use that printer as your default.
- Click ‘Next’.
- Click ‘Finish’.
