Problems were experienced on connectmail this morning, Mon April 22, starting at 5:05 AM. A restart of services was required and as a result, connectmail service was restored by 9:35 AM. WebCT was unavailable on Feb 9th from 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM and then again from 6:40 PM – 6:45 PM due to hung database. A restart was performed both times and webCT service returned to normal.... more
Problems were experienced on cuLearn on Sun, Feb 8th from 3:56 PM to 4:24 PM. The issue was due to a hung database which required a restart. Once restarted, cuLearn returned to normal service.... more
