GroupNet Update for Explanation of Benefits
Effective July 6, 2012, for those that have registered on GroupNet for Plan Members, there are not more Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) mailed to members for health and dental “payments” under the various situations described below:
- When the payment is zero,
- When coverage of service/supply is declined,
- When the payment is issued to provider, or
- Approval of dental estimate
In these situations, the member will receive notification by email and will be referred to GroupNet for Plan Members.
