New Graduate Students: Important Information
Are you a new graduate student receiving funding as a TA, RA, Scholarship, or Contract Instructor? Visit Human Resources to fill out the necessary forms to be paid.
If you are a returning graduate student, you only need to notify Human Resources of any changes to your payroll information (e.g. bank account number).
Required Documentation
Graduate students must complete a Personal Information Form and two personal Tax Credits Return forms: TD1 and TD1ON.
Additional Information Required
- A blank cheque or a Direct Deposit Authorization Form (available from your bank)
- Your Social Insurance Number (SIN) card
- Proof of Date of Birth
International Graduate Students must also provide
- Work or study permit / VISA
- Passport
Completed information packages received in Human Resources by Friday, September 14, 2012 at 4:30 p.m. will be processed for the end of September pay (September 27, 2012).
