From time to time you may need to make changes to the personal information that Human Resources has on record.

All changes must be received in writing, signed by you and sent to Human Resources.

For your protection, changes are not accepted by phone.

Changing Your Address

Send Human Resources a signed letter with the following information:

  • Full name (printed)
  • Employee identification number
  • Old and new address
  • Old and new telephone number

Changing Your Banking Information

Send Human Resources a signed letter with the following information:

  • Full name (printed)
  • Employee Identification Number
  • Old and New banking information

Reporting the Death of a Pensioner or Spouse

Contact the Pension Officer, Jean Ouellette.

The Pension Officer will request:

  • Proof of the death, such as: a Death certificate Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee with a Will Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee without a Will
  • Your contact information including your name, address, telephone number and relationship to the deceased
  • Contact information for the executor of the estate.
