Home / Employees / Spectrum Learning & Development Program

Spectrum Learning and Development Model/Framework has been specifically developed by Human Resources for Carleton staff. It is a comprehensive framework that outlines learning opportunities to meet an employee’s career development needs. There are seven “streams” of learning and development in the spectrum, and each stream is represented by a colour.

The Spectrum is designed to make it easier for Carleton staff to track their career development and to ensure that they are participating in the courses that best suit their needs.

Select among the following to explore learning opportunities:

Foundational

Equipping

Communication

Skill-Building

Management & Organizational

Leadership

Executive & Governance

To register for programs, connect to Carleton Central.
