  1. Observer: Attend a “Conducting Peer Observation” session with Erin or the EDC

  3. Observed TA: Complete this form 1 week before your observation (These resources can help: 1 & 2)
  4. Observer TA:
    1. Observe 1 hour (These resources can help: 1 & 2)
    2. Meet for 15-30 minutes immediately after observation
    3. Complete this form within 1 week of the observation
